Consent

By ticking the box and pressing the "send" button per Act No. 18/2018 Coll. 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), I grant Premium Star Hotels, a.s., operation Mountain Hotel Sliezsky dom, with its registered office at Zochova 3, 811 03 Bratislava, ID No.: 47 432 039, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava I, Section: Sa, Insert No. 5847/B (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator ") consent to the processing of my personal data in the following scope: first name, surname and e-mail (hereinafter referred to as the " Personal Data ") also for marketing purposes (in particular for sending newsletters, sending offers for the products and services of the Operator, as well as for the products and services of the companies and partners of the Across Private Investments group, for the evaluation of client satisfaction) (hereinafter referred to as the " Purpose ").

This consent to processing personal data is a freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous expression of my will.

Duration of consent 

This consent is granted to the Operator for a period of three (3) years or until the consent is withdrawn.

Voluntary

The provision of this consent is entirely voluntary. If this consent is given by a person under the age of 16, this consent to the processing of Personal Data is given by their legal representative.

Withdrawal of consent

This consent to the processing of Personal Data for the Purpose may be revoked at any time by writing to the Controller: Premium Star Hotels, a.s., Zochova 3, 811 03 Bratislava or by e-mail to osobneudaje@sliezskydom.sk.  In the event of withdrawal of consent, the Operator will no longer process Personal Data for the given Purpose; the Personal Data will be mechanically destroyed (shredded) and no longer be processed in any database.
